4. Inventory Guru: From tulips in spring to chrysanthemums in fall, ensure we always stock the best and freshest.

What’s in your toolkit?

• An undeniable passion for flowers, from roots to the tiniest petal.
• Pro-active sales technique with the ability to make our blooms irresistible.
• Stellar communication skills; articulate visions beautifully.
• Precision-focused attention to detail – spot that wilted petal from a mile away!
• Tech savvy: proficient in MS Office, Teams, and other operational applications.
• 1 year of retail experience with at least 6 months in a leadership role.

We are currently laying the groundwork for a national chain focused initially on western Canada. Our first location is 48k square feet, and located in Sherwood Park, Alberta.
