What You’ll Do

  • Plan, build, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok to increase traffic
  • Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze data, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce effective, conversion-focused creative
  • Develop and manage campaign budgets, forecasts, and reporting dashboards
  • Interpret data and generate actionable insights to continuously improve campaign performance
  • Stay on top of industry trends, platform updates, and new strategies
  • Run A/B tests on creative and copy, using results to inform ongoing optimization

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience running paid digital campaigns
  • Proven track record in analyzing data to optimize performance and guide decision-making
  • Hands-on experience managing performance marketing budgets
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other major platforms
  • Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics, including setup and management of tags, triggers, and variables in Google Tag Manager
  • Experience setting up and managing Meta Pixels
  • Creative thinking with a strong grasp of ad copy, CTA strategy, and audience targeting
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment

 Nice to Have

  • Experience in e-commerce, food/hospitality, or grocery/retail industries
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo, Shopify, or similar platforms
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint
