Please note: This position is for a new restaurant opening in West Edmonton. While the exact location will be announced soon, successful candidates will complete a 4–6 week paid training program at Pyro in Sherwood Park prior to the opening.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• Masterfully coordinate the flow of culinary delights from our kitchen to eager tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
• Collaborate actively with our passionate team, upholding L’OCA’s principles of Quality, Scratch, Theatre, Service, and Love.
• Ensure every dish meets its mark – from perfect presentation to timely delivery.
• Cultivate an atmosphere of positivity, strong teamwork, and top-tier customer service.

Your Toolkit Should Include:

• Precision and attention to detail – making sure every order is accurate and presented just right.
• Strong communication skills to serve as the linchpin between our kitchen and front-of-house teams.
• An ability to anticipate, identify, and troubleshoot any service challenges.
• Tech-savviness, especially with tools like Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and other operation-related applications.

What We Value:

• Prior experience in an Expo or a similar role (6+ months is a bonus, but we value aptitude and attitude just as much).
• A commitment to maintaining our high food safety and quality standards.
• Team players who can lead and adapt as needed.
