Job Description

Please note: This position is for a new restaurant opening in West Edmonton. While the exact location will be announced soon, successful candidates will complete a 4–6 week paid training program at Pyro in Sherwood Park prior to the opening.

 

Seeking a Stellar Front of House Shift Supervisor!

 

Compensation: $18-$20 per hour.

The Role:

As our Shift Supervisor, you’ll be the conductor of our lively orchestra, harmonizing our restaurant operations and ensuring every guest feels like the star of their own show. What You’ll Do:

  • Lead & Inspire: Guide a dedicated team of restaurant enthusiasts, ensuring they're at their best and our service is top-notch.
  • Make Moments: Ensure every customer feels special and leaves with a story to tell.
  • Stay on Top: Oversee daily operations from the crack of dawn (or maybe just opening time) to the last light's out.
  • Keep Us Stocked: Monitor inventory levels and wave your magic wand (or just place orders) to keep everything in check.
  • Handle with Care: From customer inquiries to any bumps on the service road, manage situations with grace and professionalism.

Your Toolkit:

  • An innate ability to lead, with the experience to back it up.
  • Top-tier customer service chops.
  • The organizational prowess to juggle tasks in a high-energy environment.
  • Familiarity with the rhythms and beats of restaurant operations and POS systems.
  • A communicative spirit that brings teams together.
