This position is located in Sherwood Park, AB

As our Sous Chef, you will be assisting the Chef with everything from ensuring profitability and expense control, to developing all team members in the department. You'll need to be an excellent communicator, and possess strong organizational skills, as you'll be overseeing all aspects of daily operations, including menus, merchandising, labour, regulatory compliance, and special projects as assigned.

We're looking for someone who has proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume or fine dining restaurant. You should also have advanced knowledge of cooking, pricing, merchandising, and inventory management, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with ease.
